Our water kefir is made by fermenting a "mother culture" of bacteria and yeast with organic fruits, creating a naturally sparkling, low-sugar drink that's bursting with billions of live cultures. It's the ultimate ancient modern drink, brewed in our fermentery in Hackney, London, and designed to be "like soda, but good for you!"
