WHAT IS KOMBUCHA?
A living beverage like no other! Originated in China, kombucha is created from the fermentation of tea, sugar, and a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) - a live culture of bacteria and yeast. Naturally carbonated, slightly tangy, and full of probiotics, it retains its main benefits because it is not pasteurised.
Spraga is a real kombucha, made with 100% natural ingredients, organic, naturally fermented, unpasteurised and rich in probiotics.
HOW IS SPRAGA MADE?
A natural fermentation process, based on three key pillars:
- We use carefully selected organic whole-leaf tea, infused multiple times to bring out all its flavour and aroma.
- Through a natural fermentation process, we combine tea, organic cane sugar and the best live SCOBY culture.
- In a carefully controlled fermentation, the natural sugars are transformed into a beverage rich in probiotics and low in sugar.
