WHY DAELMANS?
For more than 120 years, Daelmans has done one thing and done it exceptionally well: bake the perfect stroopwafel. Every wafel is made to the same family recipe Hermanus Daelmans started with in 1904 — two crispy waffles, a soft butter-caramel filling with natural Bourbon vanilla, and nothing that doesn't belong. When you see Daelmans on the wrapper, you know you're getting the authentic taste of Holland, baked the way it's always been done.

THE DAELMANS STORY
It began in 1904, when Hermanus Daelmans opened a small family bakery in the south of the Netherlands and laid the foundation for the craft. Generation after generation stayed true to his motto — "When you enjoy, do it right" — and what started as one bakery grew into a family business with more than 300 people baking the very best stroopwafels every day. Four generations on, cousins Rik and Jeroen Daelmans lead the company, with one mission: to make Daelmans Stroopwafels available worldwide for everyone to enjoy. Today they're loved in over 35 countries.

BAKED THE TRADITIONAL WAY
A great stroopwafel can't be rushed. Each one is crafted from freshly made dough, baked to golden perfection, and filled with mouthwatering caramel — the same careful method that's defined the recipe for over a century. It's this dedication to the traditional process that gives every wafel its signature crisp-and-chewy texture and rich, caramelised flavour.
