Returns

FODA Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied.

For UK Consumers

You have 14 days from delivery to contact us about returning items. Returns must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. By law, perishable items and personalised products (except standard options) cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded.

For FODA Warehouse Trade Customers

Trade orders are not covered by consumer cancellation rights. Returns are accepted only by agreement within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be in resaleable condition; perishable, short-dated or clearance items are non-returnable.

These are inspired by the amazing Salt Catherdral of Zipaquirá – one of Colombia’s most famous tourist attractions. It’s an underground church built inside a salt mine, which was excavated from a salinas or salt marsh.
